Interview 3/5: Sound Inspiration (Spain)

The third interview with our project partners responsible for pilot implementation features Gabriela Dujarric Bermúdez from the MUSOL foundation, Spain. Gabriela shared with us information about their cooperation with the local community, about their current status and plans for next months. Here’s what she had to say:

“With Sound Inspiration, we’re on a mission to create a pathway that encourages participants to embrace more climate-friendly behaviours through the power of sound. But where are we right now? Let me share our journey with you. At Fundación MUSOL, in collaboration with the Madridejos City Council in Spain, we’ve been hard at work developing the intervention design for this municipality. I’m thrilled to share that our ‘Musical Station’ is shaping up to be an incredibly motivating feature. It’s designed to reduce car usage by encouraging people to choose more sustainable modes of transport—think walking, cycling, and other eco-friendly options. Currently, we’re in the coordination phase of the intervention. Our goal is to start rolling out this activity in October-November, and we’re eagerly anticipating the moment our pilot becomes a reality.

Here’s a snapshot of the amazing team at the Madridejos Council, who are fully committed to making their town a more climate-responsible place. Together, we’re paving the way for a greener future.

Stay tuned for more updates as we bring this vision to life!”
