On 3 September, Brčko (Bosnia and Herzegovina) hosted a special workshop thanks to a collaboration between the project “Clean everything, build anything with ReX technology” and the NUDGES project.
In cooperation with IKS d.o.o. Brčko, which is implementing the ReX Technology project, PREDA team contributed to a lively one-day programme for 35 local children aged 8–11. The workshop combined the popular eco-drawing activity with new elements, such as a fun “eco facts” game.
The children were especially inspired by the posters, drawings, and messages created earlier by their peers in Prijedor (remember our post about Prijedor’s Guardians of the Planet?), as well as the stories of the Eco Heroes. Many expressed a wish to become Eco Heroes themselves, showing great enthusiasm for environmental topics.
This collaboration not only gave children in Brčko the chance to meet Nudgy but also demonstrated how the NUDGES pilot methodology can be transferred to other initiatives and communities.
The activity was implemented within “Clean everything, build anything with ReX technology,” supported under the Challenge to Change 3.0 programme, funded by Sweden and implemented by SERDA in partnership with Eda.
